Her teaching goal is to build your long-term resilience, clarity, and confidence through thoughtful, intelligent movement.
Founder & Lead InstructorTereza
Tereza discovered Reformer Pilates in Australia, where the practice quickly became more than a workout—it felt like belonging. Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates by MyPilates, she brings a calm, caring, and mindful approach to every class. Her teaching is grounded in creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel supported and truly seen. Tereza believes Pilates should meet you where you are, and she adapts with sensitivity to individual needs, goals, and energy levels. Her classes focus on gentle strength, breath, and body awareness, helping clients leave feeling calmer, stronger, and more balanced.
Reformer Instructor
Helia’s relationship with movement was shaped through unlearning—moving from avoidance and self-judgment to trust, presence, and respect for the body. Certified by The Pilates Programme, her classes are dynamic and energising, with a subtle meditative undercurrent. She teaches Pilates not as punishment or aesthetic pursuit, but as a way to rebuild confidence and connection to the body. With a medical background, Helia approaches movement as long-term self-respect, focusing on strength that feels grounded, safe, and sustainable. Her classes invite you to slow the noise, tune inward, and leave feeling more capable, connected, and at home in your body.
