Choose classes tailored to your level of experience
RESTORE & FOUNDATION CLASS
If you’re new to the equipment and unfamiliar with movement technique, this level is designed for you. In these classes, you’ll be introduced to the equipment, movement technique, and the fundamental principles and exercises.
SCULPT & JUMP CLASS
You are already familiar with the equipment, movement technique, and Pilates principles. These classes build on the foundation with added coordination and more layered choreography.
DYNAMIC CLASS
You confidently move through foundational exercises. At this level, more advanced progressions and increased intensity are introduced, supporting endurance, cardiovascular health, and refined coordination.
STRENGTH CLASS
This level is intended for practitioners with a solid, embodied understanding of foundational exercises, including complex modifications and intensive progressions. Classes explore a rich range of advanced Reformer repertoire, complex choreography and seamless transitions.
