We Are Hiring Reformer Pilates Instructors
Oveė Studio is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Prague, built on the belief that consistent, thoughtful movement transforms not only the body, but the relationship we have with ourselves.
We are currently welcoming applications from Certified and Experienced Reformer Pilates Instructors and Newly Certified Instructors who have completed a recognised comprehensive certification and are ready to begin teaching.
Who you are
• Certified in Reformer Pilates (completed or nearing completion)
• Fluent in English (all classes are taught in English)
• Confident leading full group classes of up to 10 clients with clarity, structure, and presence
• Able to use your voice intentionally and effectively to guide, hold attention, and create a calm, focused room
• Attentive and adaptable, with the ability to adjust your class in real time based on the people in front of you
• Kind, patient, and genuinely interested in people and their individual journeys
• Naturally positive, open, and comfortable holding space for a group
• Mature, grounded, and able to navigate unexpected or challenging situations with professionalism and self-trust
• Willing to learn, grow, and align with the studio’s teaching standards, etiquette, and style
We are especially drawn to instructors who see teaching Pilates not as performing a class, but as guiding people through a meaningful and lasting practice.
