Foundation
This class is based on enhanced classical Joseph Pilates repertoire designed to build strong body awareness, improve core and work out all muscle groups. The class is slower paced focusing on correct alignment & breath work. It’s designed to make you stronger and correct imbalances.
This class is suitable for beginners, expectant mothers, injuries rehab and for those who want to focus on strength and complement other workout.
Dynamic
This class is inspired by classical Joseph Pilates repertoire with a blend of other disciplines designed to improve balance, work out big & small muscles and help you progress further from the strength built at Foundation class.
This class is suitable for advanced Pilates practitioners who nailed breath work and have sufficient strength to progress by challenging balance & endurance.
This class is not suitable for beginners or injuries.
Restore
This is a beginner-friendly, restorative Reformer Pilates class designed for those seeking a gentler, slower-paced session. Whether you're completely new to Pilates, returning from a break, managing an injury, or simply in need of a more calming movement experience, this class is the perfect place to begin or reconnect with your body.
Restore blends classical Pilates repertoire with stretching and mindful movement to help you build foundational strength, improve flexibility, and increase body awareness.
Jump (coming soon)
Jump is a dynamic, high-energy Reformer Pilates class that incorporates the jumpboard for low-impact, cardio-intense movement. This class is designed to challenge coordination, endurance, core control, and lower body power - all while staying joint-friendly.
